Organize community events through chat
A bot that helps community managers coordinate events and role holders in a chat channel, and syncs events to the manager’s Google Calendar.
What it does
Managers write in a chat channel — for example about a new event and who is responsible for what — and the bot turns that into an organized plan.
For the pilot the channel is Telegram. WhatsApp is planned next. Events sync to the manager’s Google Calendar.
Sign-in and permissions
Sign-in is with Google (name, email, and profile photo). Calendar access is asked for separately, only when connecting the calendar.
The bot uses an AI provider to understand messages. The pilot is text only.
